Delphine started her career in 2003 at PwC in Paris, in the Corporate Finance department, conducting M&A, valuation and restructuring projects. In 2009, she joined Caravelle, whose subsidiary, Arcole Industries, was specializing in investing in distressed or underperforming companies. In 2012, she and her partners led an MBO on Arcole Industries, which then became a key investor in the turnaround market. She co-managed Arcole Industries from 2012 to 2022, a period during which she led the acquisition of French SMEs and mid-caps in difficulty and successfully completed their redeployment. As examples, she led the takeover of Phenix group, a company specializing in post-disaster interventions, as part of a carve-out operation from the Breton group Samsicand the takeover of Solice group, the French leader in the installation of heating networks, as part of a conciliation procedure.

Renaud started his career in 2001 at Schlumberger/Axalto in France and India, before becoming an investment banker at BNP Paribas, where he was involved in large cap mergers & acquisitions and transactions on listed companies. In 2009, he joined Caravelle, whose subsidiary, Arcole Industries, was specializing in investing in distressed or underperforming companies.

In 2012, he and his partners led an MBO on Arcole Industries, which then became a key investor in the turnaround market. He co-managed Arcole Industries from 2012 to 2022, a period during which he led acquisitions and disposals of French SMEs and midcaps and successfully completed their redeployment and development, both through organic growth and build-up operations. He, for instance, led the redeployment of GIRARD AGEDISS, a logistics specialist (takeover at the bar within a disposal plan, then acquisition of its competitor SLS 3 years later, also within a disposal plan). Under his leadership, GIRARD AGEDISS became the number 1 player on its market. Renaud also led the ‘in bonis’ acquisition of BENALU, a leading manufacturer of industrial vehicles. He then led the group and monitored three build-up operations, including an LBO in Poland, transforming the BENALU group from a French SME into a leading European player in its sector.

Alexandre started his career in 2004 in consulting, first at PwC in Paris, in audit and then in restructuring , an activity he then continued at EY Paris. In 2011, he joined Caravelle, whose subsidiary, Arcole Industries, was specializing in investing in distressed or underperforming companies.

From 2012 onwards, he led with his partners an MBO on Arcole Industries, which became a key investor in the turnaround market. Between 2012 and 2022, he led acquisition and disposal transactions of French SMEs and midcaps in difficulty and successfully completed their redeployment. In particular, he developed the Phenix group, specialist for post-disaster interventions, whose support functions he rebuilt after the carve-out operation led by Arcole Industries and he developed the business towards new services and clients. He also led the successful takeover of the Champeau group, a manufacturer of wood roof truss systems.

Benjamin began his career in 2006 at LEK, a consulting firm specialized in strategic due diligences for investment funds. In 2010, he joined the investment fund Astorg, where he spent 11 years executing majority investments in the industrial and business services sectors in France, Switzerland, and Italy. In 2021, he joined Cerea Partners as a Partner within the Capital team, carrying out majority investment transactions in the agri-food sector.

In 2024, he joined the Arcole team to support the development of its strategy of investing in profitable French SMEs and mid-sized companies undergoing managerial transitions (MBI – Management Buy In).

Education: ESSEC (2005)

Alexis started his career in 2011 in M&A at Baycap, a Paris-based boutique specialising in small and mid-cap. In 2022, he participated in the creation and development of Perseus, an investment holding company dedicated to the acquisition of industrial SMEs.
Alexis also dedicated two years of his professional life to a humanitarian project in Cameroon as a financial controller and project manager.
He joined Arcole in 2025 as an Investment Manager to support the development of the MBI strategy for the numerous SMEs anchored in our regions that have a great development potential and face a transmission challenge.

Education: University Paris Dauphine – PSL (2009), Master of Financial Engineering at the Sorbonne (2011)

Camille started her career in consulting at EY in 2015, before joining the restructuring team of Eight Advisory in 20dip17, where she worked on emblematic restructuring cases such as Pierre et Vacances or Vivarte.

She joined Arcole in June 2022.

Education: Master’s degree in finance from the University of Paris Dauphine (2015) and university degree in French Insolvency Law (2021)

Martin is an associate at Arcole, which he joined in September 2022. Prior to that, Martin completed an internship at Arcole Industries and an internship in valuation at Eight Advisory in Brussels.

Line is an associate at Arcole, which she joined in September 2022. Prior to that, Line completed an internship in ECM (Equity Capital Markets) at BNP Paribas in Paris and an internship at Arcole Industries.

Sophie started her career as an auditor for Private Equity and Real Estate funds at Deloitte Luxembourg. She then joined Cathay Capital in 2019 where she worked on the financial control of the group’s Private Equity and Venture Capital funds.

She joined Arcole’s team in April 2022.

Gagnedo has been Office Manager at Arcole since September 2024. Previously, Gagnedo was Administrative Assistant and Office Manager at Generix Group from 2016 to 2024 and, prior to that, Reception Manager at LCL.
