We take majority or minority equity tickets. We also invest in quasi-equity instruments (bonds, current account).
The size of our tickets may greatly vary, reflecting the various needs of our portfolio companies and the diversity of situations encountered.
Context
The 18 successful takeovers carried out by Arcole’s team have consistently been based on an effective partnership with the management teams of the acquired companies. They have enabled to directly maintain and create more than 3000 jobs in France.
The experience acquired by the members of the team enables them to efficiently adress all types of complex situations:
- Acquisition of companies through management buy-ins (MBIs) or carve-outs
- Acquisition of underperforming companies
We can invest alongside historical shareholders or as co-investors.
Targets
We invest in B-to-B companies active in industry and services with a turnover that ranges from €10m and €150m.
